General
Inflatable Adventure World reserves the right to refuse admission to the event and/or the venue and shall be to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of all visitors.
Inflatable Adventure World shall be entitled to request visitors to leave the venue at any time. Inflatable Adventure World shall be entitled to remove anyone from the venue who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who, in the reasonable opinion of Inflatable Adventure World, is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance.
Smoking, including E cigarettes, is not permitted within the event or changing facilities. Only food & drink that has been purchased from the on-site bar can be consumed within the designated cafe/bar area. No food should be consumed on the inflatables.
Inflatable Adventure World reserves the right to close the event and access to areas within the grounds around the event at short notice and without prior warning if necessary and the Inflatable Adventure World decision is final.
By entering the site visitors consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors of the event, and consent to such photographs, films or recordings being used by Inflatable Adventure World to publicise the event in the future.
alcohol is not permitted and Inflatable Adventure World reserves the right to remove those deemed to be a risk to the safety of others.
Concessions are available for NUS card holders but cardholders will be required to present their photo ID at the box office.
Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded or transferred. To do so or to alter or deface any ticket will render it void. It is the patron’s responsibility to check his or her tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
The ticket holder has a right only to a session of the value corresponding to that stated on the ticket.
Tickets are priced per 2 hour, specifically timed session . Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your session.
REFUND .
In the event any session is cancelled or curtailed, ticket holders will be offered an alternative sessions (subject to availability). This is an outdoor event and no refunds or exchanges will be given due to inclement weather. In the unlikely event that the Safety manager deems it necessary to close the event , alternative sessions will the offered subject to availability. If you have been removed from the event or venue for inappropriate behaviour, you will not be offered a refund and will not be offered an alternative session.
Risk.
Participating in Inflatable Adventure World events carries an inherent risk, any participation is totally at the users’ own risk. Anyone with any medical conditions, serious previous injuries, recently broken bones, knee or joint problems, head injuries, pregnancy, mobility problems, or taking prescribed drugs should carefully consider whether it is safe for them to participate without endangering themselves or other participants whilst skating. Lancaster on Ice ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage however caused, except for personal injury caused by negligence on behalf of Inflatable Adventure World ltd.
A & B Leisure accepts no responsibility for any personal property left at the Event.
